When it comes to safety, Toyota simply will not make any compromise. Toyota has announced it will recall approximately 2.3 million vehicles to correct sticking accelerator pedals on specific Toyota Division models.

• 2008-2010 Sequoia

However, the Toyota Prius, Tacoma, Sienna, Venza, Solara, Yaris, 4Runner, FJ Cruiser, Land Cruiser and select Camry models, including all Camry hybrids, which will remain for sale.

The ECO indicator on the Multi-Informational Display (MID) provides the driver with feedback to promote more economical driving. The new Prius can seat five passengers and has increased rear seat legroom and trunk space. Toyota has used eco-friendly, plant-derived, carbon-neutral plastics in the 2010 Prius.

The new Prius was designed to conform to top level collision safety requirements and to accommodate stricter safety requirements in the future. Prius will be available in one grade with five different standard equipment packages designated I, II, III, IV and V, each offering varied permutations of exterior and interior features.
