Toyota Cars make it to the Top 10 on Cars.com
Charles Toyota has great news for Toyota customers. Everyone knows Toyota Camry is America's most popular passenger car. Now comes word from Cars.com that according to their criteria Camry is also America's most American car or light truck, based on where the vehicle's parts are made, where it is assembled and sales volume. In fact, Camry is not only at the top of Cars.com's American-Made Index, but three other Toyota models also made the list of the top 10 - more than any other automaker. The other Toyota vehicles among the top 10 are: Sienna (#6), Tundra (#7) and Venza (#10). Camry is assembled at Georgetown, Ky., and Lafayette, Ind., while Sienna is assembled at Princeton, Ind.; Tundra at San Antonio, Texas; and Venza at Georgetown, Ky. In addition, Sienna, Tundra and Venza were all designed and engineered in large part in the United States.
